Refund & Cancellation

Effective Date: August 4, 2025

Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before booking.

1. Participant Cancellation

  • You may cancel your event booking at least 7 days before the event for a full refund, minus:
    • Administrative fee
    • Payment gateway charges
  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to info@shunyacollective.com.

2. No Refund After 7 Days

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the event.
  • However, you may transfer your ticket to someone else by notifying us in writing with the new attendee’s details.

3. Event Cancellation by Shunya Collective

If we cancel an event, participants will be offered:

  • A full refund, or
  • The option to transfer the booking to a rescheduled or future event

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method through our payment partner (e.g., Razorpay). Please allow 7–14 working days.

4. Non-Refundable Charges

All refunds are issued excluding:

  • Admin fees
  • Transaction fees by the payment processor
